GATE

is a graphic-oriented test program development environment mainly for IC testing. It allows third-party TSPs (Test Solution Providers) to seamlessly integrate new test components and utilities to achieve test goal. It is flexible enough to solve most complex problems yet simple enough to accomplish a test program merely by simple mouse clicks.
